GIS Data Engineer (AWS / AI / Geospatial Analytics) (SG Citizen/PR only, 1 Year Contract)

Rhino Partners is hiring a GIS Data Engineer (1-Year Contract, Singapore Citizen / PR Only) for a high-impact Smart Nation geospatial analytics initiative. Responsibilities: Architect spatial data pipelines on AWS cloud infrastructure (AWS Glue, S3, Redshift / Athena); Build GeoAI / Machine Learning models for computer vision and satellite imagery feature extraction; Optimize PostGIS database performance and spatial indexing; Integrate geospatial analytics APIs into client enterprise dashboards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, GIS, or Geomatics; 3+ years experience as a Data Engineer with focus on spatial/geospatial datasets; Proficiency in Python (PySpark, GeoPandas, Shapely) and SQL; Experience with AWS spatial services and Cloud-Native Geospatial formats (COG, STAC, Parquet); Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
