GIS Data Migration Specialist

Company: ATLAS TITAN Ost Job Title: GIS Data Migration Specialist (m/f/d) The position involves the systematic migration of existing geospatial datasets into a new GIS environment, along with their professional preparation for ongoing use. Emphasis is placed on independent processing, documentation, and quality assurance of geospatial data within a technically regulated project environment. Your Responsibilities Independently migrate a MicroStationCAD-based geospatial dataset into the GeoDesktop GIS software, including linking attribute data to domain-specific databases Graphically capture, edit, and maintain geospatial data within modern GIS platforms Ensure data quality and systematically prepare geospatial data for internal business applications Independently document processed materials in accordance with project- and quality-related requirements Your Profile Completed vocational training as a technical draftsman (m/f/d), construction draftsman (m/f/d), geomatics engineer (m/f/d), or equivalent Several years of experience in processing and preparing geospatial data, particularly within GIS environments Ideally, experience with rmData software and MicroStation Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and fulfillment of the requirements for G37 (occupational health and safety regulations)
