GIS Developer

1sTech, a subsidiary of Master Works, is seeking a skilled GIS developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance geospatial applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between software engineering and geographic information systems by building custom tools, web services, and enterprise GIS solutions leveraging the ESRI ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strong C#/.NET developer with deep understanding of spatial data, geoprocessing workflows, and ArcGIS technologies. Responsibilities include designing and developing custom geospatial web applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript/TypeScript and .NET technologies; building and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Core; architecting, managing, and optimizing enterprise geodatabases using SQL Server; developing and optimizing complex spatial SQL queries and database performance; automating ETL processes and geoprocessing workflows using Python (ArcPy) and C# scripting; troubleshooting ArcGIS Enterprise performance bottlenecks; preparing technical documentation; and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of C#/.NET development experience, hands-on experience with ArcGIS SDKs, strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, spatial SQL, SQL Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store knowledge, plus strong analytical and collaborative skills.
