About the Role
Lane County Technology Services is seeking an experienced GIS Developer & Systems Analyst to help shape the future of enterprise GIS for one of Oregon's largest local governments.
Position Overview:
Develop, customize, and maintain enterprise GIS applications, web mapping portals, and geoprocessing services using Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, Python, Arcade, and JavaScript.
Automate GIS data pipelines, ETL processes, and database synchronization.
Manage enterprise geodatabases (PostgreSQL / SQL Server) and optimize spatial indexing.
Integrate GIS with county business systems (permitting, tax, public safety).
Provide advanced technical support and system administration for ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, or related field.
4+ years of enterprise GIS development, Python automation, and spatial database experience.
Experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, ArcPy, and SQL.
