How Will You Make An Impact GIS Platforms & Systems Engineering Administration, optimization and operation of GIS platforms (e.g. ArcGIS), including user management, system maintenance and performance monitoring. Spatial Data Pipelines & Automation Design, implementation and maintenance of data pipelines and automated workflows to integrate, process and analyze geospatial and project data efficiently. Dashboards & Spatial Reporting Development, optimization and operation of dashboards and reporting solutions to visualize spatial and project-related metrics for rics for data‑driven decision making. Data Collection & Quality Assurance Creation and maintenance of structured data collection solutions (e.g. surveys) and ensuring high data quality through validation, analysis and reporting. User Enablement & Stakeholder Collaboration Provision of user support, training, documentation and advisory support to stakeholders on GIS‑based data evaluation and modeling. What you need to succeed: Languages & Communication Fluent in English and German (B2/C1), with strong communication and stakeholder management skills in interdisciplinary and project‑driven environments. Infrastructure & Construction Background Relevant experience in data‑, IT‑ or GIS‑related roles within large infrastructure or construction projects, including a solid understanding of construction phases, terminology and processes. Data, Reporting & Analytical Skills Strong experience in data management, data quality assurance, reporting and dashboard development to support operational and management decisions. GIS Tools & Platforms (ESRI) Hands-on experience with GIS platforms and tools, particularly the ESRI suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Hub, Survey123, Experience Builder). Automation, Collaboration & Enablement Experience with workflow automation (e.g. Power Automate), documentation, knowledge sharing and supporting users in data and system driven environments.
