In this role, you will design robust GIS architectures based on the ArcGIS platform, lead end-to-end GIS projects, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders across international teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise-scale GIS architectures using ESRI ArcGIS technology. Lead and manage GIS projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders in multicultural, international environments. Provide technical guidance on ESRI platform capabilities, best practices, and integration strategies. Support business development through solution design, proposals, and client engagement. Requirements: Proven experience with the ESRI ArcGIS Platform (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, etc.). Strong programming skills in ESRI technologies (e.g., Python scripting, Arcade, JavaScript API, .NET, or Java for ArcGIS). Demonstrated experience managing GIS projects, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource planning. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
