GIS Master Planning Engineer - DP World - Dubai, UAE

Position Overview GIS Master Planning Engineer in Dubai, UAE supports infrastructure planning and development by integrating GIS analytics with AutoCAD design workflows. This role ensures accurate spatial data management, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality master planning outputs across DP World projects. Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings, including layouts, plans, elevations, and construction documentation. * Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure compliant and detailed design outputs. * Manage and analyze spatial datasets using GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro. * Create, maintain and analyse infrastructure network data for planning activities. * Integrate GIS layers into AutoCAD drawings to produce maps and visual presentations. * Maintain and update GIS databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy. * Review designs and documentation for compliance with NOC standards and regulatory requirements. * Support preparation of NOC documentation and recommend adjustments where classifications or standards evolve. * Provide technical support for AutoCAD and GIS applications. * Manage file organization, version control, and documentation for project traceability. * Conduct quality control reviews of drawings, maps and technical reports. * Prepare technical reports, maps and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. #### Ideal Profile - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, GIS or related discipline. * Strong experience with AutoCAD 2D and 3D drafting. * Proficiency in ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro platforms. * Knowledge of infrastructure planning and spatial data management. * Familiarity with NOC procedures and regulatory compliance standards. * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. * Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams. * Detail oriented with strong quality control capabilities.
