About the Role
Latitude AI (a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company) is seeking a GIS Production Analyst (Contractor) to join our HD Mapping team.
Responsibilities:
Process, annotate, and evaluate high-definition 3D map data for autonomous driving systems.
Perform quality control and validation on geospatial sensor data (LiDAR, aerial imagery, GPS).
Identify map discrepancies, topological errors, and update vector mapping databases.
Collaborate with mapping engineers to improve data pipelines and automated QA tools.
Qualifications:
Degree or certificate in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience with GIS mapping software (QGIS, ArcGIS, JOSM) and 3D spatial data.
Attention to detail and experience working with autonomous vehicle or navigation map data preferred.
