Job Description
As Order Coordinator for GIS Production at our site in Oberentfelden, you will assume a central role in coordinating and monitoring assembly orders. You will ensure smooth production operations and contribute to achieving our production and sales targets. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage maintenance activities, operational resources, and measurement equipment within the GIS department.
Your Responsibilities
Support shift supervisors in order management and control
Manage orders and materials according to the weekly plan
Ensure availability of required order documentation and follow-up on completed orders
Assist in resolving difficulties during the assembly process
Guarantee that machines, operational resources, and measuring equipment are in optimal working condition
Plan and organize maintenance and servicing of operational resources and machinery
Monitor calibration and condition of measuring equipment
What You Should Bring
Proven experience in maintenance of production equipment and order coordination or production planning
Knowledge of measuring equipment monitoring
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
Excellent German language skills; English skills are advantageous
