To strengthen our team, we are looking for a GIS Project Manager for Energy Utilities (m/f/d) who will provide expert support to our municipal utility customers and actively help shape our mission.
Responsibilities / Key Tasks
Technical customer advisory for our municipal utility clients — you serve as the competent point of contact for all matters related to our GIS and network documentation solutions.
Application support for our network and geospatial software.
Implementation of individual projects, and — if required — establishing and leading a project team.
Analysis, maintenance, and further development of geospatial data structures related to energy supply networks.
Close collaboration with other departments to optimally deliver customer solutions.
Qualifications / Requirements
Completed university degree in Geoinformatics, Geography, Geosciences, Surveying/Geomatics, or a comparable field — or a relevant vocational qualification.
Practical experience with geospatial software, or you are a true GIS enthusiast.
Prior exposure to terms such as low voltage, medium voltage, or high-pressure gas systems is beneficial (not required — we will train you!).
Enjoy regular and close interaction with our customers.
Experience with databases, especially SQL.
Motivation to take responsibility and independently lead projects to success.
