About the Role
Tyler Technologies is seeking a GIS Services Specialist to join our Public Safety division.
Responsibilities:
Provide GIS technical implementation and consulting services for public safety clients (911 dispatch, CAD, RMS).
Analyze, format, and convert client spatial data to meet NENA i3 standards and Tyler product specifications.
Develop web maps, geocoding services, and spatial data pipelines.
Train client personnel on GIS software and data maintenance workflows.
Troubleshoot GIS data issues and software integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, CS, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in GIS data analysis, spatial databases, and Esri software.
Experience with NENA standards, public safety GIS, or geocoding is highly desirable.
