About the Role
What You’ll Do
As a GIS Software Implementation Consultant, you serve as the bridge between our technology and municipal users. You ensure our GeoVisia application is optimally configured to align with clients’ needs and workflows. Your role combines technical expertise (databases, GIS, SQL/FME) with customer-facing responsibilities (training, guidance, advisory).
A Typical Day Might Include:
Investigating databases to assist municipalities in correctly setting up their object registration.
Delivering training sessions or workshops on efficiently using GeoVisia.
Developing implementation plans and co-creating reports with clients.
Handling complex support tickets (3rd-line support) and collaborating with R&D on new features.
In short: you integrate technical skills, client interaction, and project setup to help municipalities get the most out of our software.
