What You’ll Do
As a GIS Software Implementation Consultant, you’ll serve as the key link between our technology and municipal users. You’ll ensure our GeoVisia application is optimally configured to align with clients’ needs and workflows—combining technical expertise (databases, GIS, SQL/FME) with customer orientation (training, guidance, advisory).
A typical day may include:
Investigating databases to help municipalities correctly configure their object registration systems.
Delivering training sessions or workshops to users on efficiently using GeoVisia.
Developing a project approach plan and co-creating reports with the client.
Addressing complex support tickets (3rd-line support) and collaborating with R&D on new features.
In short: you’ll integrate technical know-how, client engagement, and project setup to help municipalities get the most out of our software.
