GIS Solution Architect - Director

For our client, we are seeking a GIS Solution Architect - Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $206,000 – $343,000 annually Responsibilities Own the design of ESRI ArcGIS Utility Network solutions, including network definitions and configurations Conduct workshops to align SmallWorld schema with ESRI UN architecture and document decisions Define standards for network topology validation and geodatabase design Lead migration architecture efforts from SmallWorld to ESRI UN, including schema mapping and transformation logic Mentor GIS analysts and lead teams in the design and execution phases Oversee testing and validation of GIS configurations and integrations during migration cycles Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in GIS, with 5+ years specializing in utility GIS and ESRI ArcGIS solutions Full-lifecycle experience in ESRI ArcGIS Utility Network implementations for utilities Deep understanding of ESRI UN configuration and domain network management Exposure to G/Technology module feature class schemas for migration purposes Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Benefits Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance Personal and family sick time and paid holidays Parental leave and adoption assistance 401(k) retirement plan contributions Tuition reimbursement and skills development opportunities Emergency back-up childcare program Employee referral program incentives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
