The Korte Company (T-K-G) is a national design-build construction firm specializing in large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, and federal government projects.
We are hiring a GIS Specialist to join our preconstruction and site development team in St. Louis. In this role, you will perform site selection spatial analysis, drone survey mapping, and utility layout modeling for prospective construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Selection & Feasibility: Conduct spatial feasibility studies, topography analysis, and site constraint mapping for commercial real estate clients.
Drone Mapping: Operate survey drones (FAA Part 107 required), process point clouds, and produce orthomosaic surface models (Pix4D / Propeller).
BIM-GIS Integration: Connect GIS spatial layers with Revit and Civil 3D site models.
Web Maps: Create custom ArcGIS Online dashboards for project developers and superintendents.
Requirements:
Degree in GIS, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
3+ years GIS experience in construction, engineering, or real estate development.
Active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License.
Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, Pix4D, Civil 3D, and Revit.
