The role supports ArcGIS-to-open-source modernization and geospatial technology projects for a global technology company. Responsibilities: Administer and support ArcGIS Enterprise during transition Inventory ArcGIS services, applications, databases, and dependencies Plan and execute migration from ArcGIS to QGIS Develop and administer PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases Develop Python/PyQGIS automations Develop and maintain WebGIS, maps, dashboards, and APIs Implement and evolve GeoServer Integrate geospatial data through ETL/APIs and Snowflake Modernize satellite/parallel systems, forms, and integrations Integrate production, ESG, drone, and satellite-imagery data Handle documentation, standardization, governance, and knowledge transfer Requirements: 3+ years with QGIS, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and Python/PyQGIS Experience migrating or evolving ArcGIS toward open-source solutions ArcGIS Enterprise, Server, Portal, and Pro experience ETL, GDAL, GeoPandas, and WebGIS concepts Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Availability for onsite work in Carmópolis/SE or Rio de Janeiro/RJ Preferred: GeoServer, OpenLayers, Leaflet, Rasterio, Shapely, remote sensing, drones, satellite imagery, geospatial intelligence, Snowflake/BI integration, APIs and dashboards.
