GIS Specialist / Geomatics Engineer – Utility Network Documentation

Responsibilities Document survey-derived utility network data, existing asset information, and network modifications in a timely manner using established CAD software. Capture relevant attribute data using the operational asset information system (Lovion BIS). Independently verify survey data and documented inventory; resolve discrepancies through close coordination with clients. Document relevant topographic information updates via CAD software and generate dimension chains. Support special projects by documenting data using CAD software. Requirements Completed vocational training or degree in surveying, geomatics, and/or technical drafting—or equivalent qualifications. Proven professional experience in digital documentation of utility networks and solid proficiency with CAD software (e.g., MicroStation, BricsCAD, AutoCAD). Willingness and ability to take responsibility, make sound decisions, and embrace new challenges. Commitment to high-quality output, efficiency, autonomy, and a client-oriented approach; capable of developing solutions for technical issues. Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and teamwork.
