Position
We are looking for a GIS Specialist (m/f/d) for Office-Based Work at our Weimar branch, to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Contributing to exciting geo-IT projects
Reviewing and processing survey data and creating plans using QGIS
Preparing applications and reports in QGIS and Microsoft Office applications
Supporting ongoing and future project implementations
Profile
Completed university degree (UNI/FH) or vocational training in geography, surveying, geoinformatics, geomatics, cartography/technical drawing—or equivalent professional experience
Practical experience with GIS (especially QGIS) is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is beneficial
High reliability, strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to perform and high motivation
Very good German language skills (written and spoken, C2 level)
Independent and dependable work ethic
Friendly and open demeanor toward clients and colleagues
