About the Role
Parsons is looking for a GIS Support and Dig Permit Specialist to support environmental remediation projects.
Duties:
Manage site GIS databases, utility maps, and dig permit tracking workflows.
Create maps, figures, and spatial exhibits for environmental investigation reports.
Coordinate dig permit clearances with utility locators, field teams, and project managers.
Process GPS survey data and update CAD/GIS utility layers.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in GIS mapping and utility coordination/dig permitting.
Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Hazwoper 40-hour certification preferred.
