About the Role

We are hiring 25 GIS Survey Engineers for a railway telecom and signalling cable geo-tagging project. The selected candidates will be responsible for field surveying, GPS/GNSS data collection, underground cable route mapping, and GIS documentation of railway telecom infrastructure. Key responsibilities • Conduct field surveys along railway tracks for telecom and signalling cable routes. • Perform GPS/GNSS/RTK-based geo-tagging of underground cable routes. • Record accurate cable coordinates, route alignment, and cable depth details. • Identify and map telecom assets, OFC routes, junctions, and cable crossings. • Use GIS/mobile survey applications and surveying equipment for field data collection. • Prepare GIS maps and route documentation with cable location information. • Measure cable distances from railway tracks, OHE poles, and other reference points. • Submit daily survey reports, coordinate sheets, and digital mapping data. • Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors during survey activities. • Ensure accuracy, safety, and quality compliance during field execution. Eligibility • Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in ECE, EEE, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. • Basic knowledge of GPS, GIS, surveying, or telecom infrastructure is preferred. • Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
