About the Role
Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of GRUPO TRAGSA—specializing in rural development and nature conservation—seeks to hire 1 Technical Engineer or Bachelor’s graduate in Geomatics and Topography, Civil Engineering, GIS, or related fields (Civil Works & Road Infrastructure) in València/Valencia.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in cost control and monitoring.
Construction layout, dimensional control, and generation of topographic plans.
Participation in planning and scheduling of works, ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaboration in construction monitoring and control, including participation in the development of Safety and Health Plans.
Preparation of measurements and valuation reports.
Drafting sketches, work reports, and topographic documentation.
Monitoring and control of construction execution in accordance with technical drawings and documentation.
Mandatory Requirements:
University degree in Technical Engineering or, under the Bologna Process, a Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics and Topography, Civil/ Public Works Engineering, Geography and Territorial Planning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Forestry, or Agricultural Engineering (aligned with 2 MECES levels). (Degree must be officially recognized in Spain or accompanied by an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
Valid Spanish driving license (Category B) in force. (A copy or proof must be submitted with the application).
Desirable Qualifications:
Training in Topography and/or Geomatics, GIS (proof of completion must be submitted with the application).
6 months to 1 year of experience in construction sector projects performing surveying tasks (requires submission of work history report and/or employment contract to verify experience).
6 months to 1 year of experience in certification and cost control (requires submission of work history report and/or employment contract to verify experience).
6 months to 1 year of experience in cartography and/or plan management and interpretation (requires submission of work history report and/or employment contract to verify experience).
6 months to 1 year of experience in geometric control of construction execution, layout, or topographic surveys (requires submission of work history report and/or employment contract to verify experience).

Offer Includes:
