Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in rural development and nature conservation projects, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Engineer or Graduate in Geomatics and Topography, Civil Engineering, or GIS – Road Infrastructure Projects (Valencia Province) in València/Valencia.
Work Location
València/Valencia
Address: Paterna, with travel throughout Valencia Province.
Functions and Tasks
Support in cost control and monitoring.
Layout of construction works, dimensional control, and generation of topographic plans.
Participation in planning and scheduling of projects, ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaboration in project monitoring and control, including participation in the preparation of Safety and Health Plans.
Execution of measurements and valuation reports.
Preparation of sketches, work reports, and topographic documentation.
Monitoring and control of construction execution in accordance with technical drawings and documentation.

Education
Qualification
Hold a university degree in Technical Engineering or, under the Bologna Process, a Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics and Topography, Civil/ Public Works Engineering, Geography and Territorial Planning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Forestry, or Agricultural Engineering (corresponding to 2 MECES levels). (Degree must be officially recognized in Spain or accompanied by an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
Mandatory Requirements
Valid and current Spanish Class B driving license. (A copy or proof must be submitted with the application.)

Additional Training
Training in Topography and/or Geomatics, GIS. (Proof of completion must be submitted with the application.)
Previous Experience
6 months to 1 year of experience in construction sector projects performing topographic tasks, with a formal employment contract. (Applicants must submit a work history report and/or employment contract to verify experience.)
6 months to 1 year of experience in certification and cost control tasks, with a formal employment contract. (Applicants must submit a work history report and/or employment contract to verify experience.)
6 months to 1 year of experience in cartographic and/or plan management and interpretation, with a formal employment contract. (Applicants must submit a work history report and/or employment contract to verify experience.)
6 months to 1 year of experience in geometric control of construction execution, layout, or topographic surveys, with a formal employment contract. (Applicants must submit a work history report and/or employment contract to verify experience.)

Offered Conditions
Fixed-term contract of approximately 3 months, with possible extension subject to legal limits and depending on the hiring reason, project needs, and selected candidate’s circumstances.
Full-time position: 37.5 hours/week.
