GIS Software Developer (Full Stack .NET)

Position Overview We are looking to strengthen our teams with a professional to develop GIS web applications and web services. Key Responsibilities Requirements analysis Design and development of web applications Creation of web services Requirements University degree in Engineering, Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or a related field Experience in .NET software development Desired / Preferred Skills Experience developing widgets for Esri Experience Builder Web application development (e.g., JavaScript, Dojo, Angular, React, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS) Modern programming languages (e.g., Python, .NET, or similar) Database knowledge Valued Experience & Competencies Prior experience in similar roles Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban) ArcGIS solution development (e.g., ArcGIS API for Python, ArcGIS REST API) API and desktop application development (C#, .NET Core) Familiarity with source code repositories (e.g., Git) Experience implementing software security and/or quality standards Identity management (LDAP, SAML, OAuth) Contract Type Temporary contract with the potential to convert to an indefinite contract upon completion of the current assignment, subject to the company’s operational or organizational needs.
