Job Description
We are seeking a developer to support the addition of new features to our GIS systems.

Work Schedule
Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (with 60-minute break)
Overtime: Average ~10 hours/month (fixed overtime allowance included; additional hours paid at 125% premium)
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, plus summer, year-end, and annual paid leave (10 days after 6 months)
Compensation & Allowances
Monthly Base Salary Range: ¥226,500 – ¥345,900
Fixed Allowance (incl. overtime): ¥35,500 – ¥54,100 (covers up to 20 hrs overtime/month; excess paid separately)
Total Monthly Compensation Range: ¥262,000 – ¥400,000
Commute Allowance: Fully reimbursed (no cap)
Bonus: Twice annually (range: ¥50,000 – ¥400,000 based on prior year performance)
Annual Raise: ¥5,000 – ¥30,000 per month (based on prior year performance)
Probation Period
3–6 months (same working conditions apply)
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or higher
Experience: Prior experience with C and/or JavaScript is preferred but not required
Age Limit: Up to 64 years old (retirement age is 65)
