GIS Team Leader

The role of a GIS Team Leader involves leading a team of GIS professionals, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of GIS solutions that meet the clients' needs. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and managing GIS projects from conception to completion. • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Developing detailed project plans and schedules. • Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed. • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and quality. • Collaborating with team and consultants to understand project requirements and objectives. • Engaging with internal teams and external customers to build strong relationships. • Addressing land acquisition challenges and mitigating risks. • Working within broad guidelines and policies to impact customer, operational, project, or service activities.
