GIS Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented GIS Trainee to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in GIS mapping, data preparation, digitization, and spatial data management activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of QGIS, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD and should be willing to learn and work on various GIS and surveying-related projects. Knowledge or experience in aerial photography and videography, including drone-based data collection, will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Prepare, edit, and manage GIS maps and spatial data. Perform digitization and data entry using QGIS and ArcGIS. Assist in creating and editing drawings using AutoCAD. Support GIS data processing, analysis, and quality checking. Assist in field survey and mapping activities as required. Handle aerial/drone photography and videography data, if required. Maintain accurate GIS records and project documentation. Coordinate with senior GIS professionals and project teams. Follow project standards and ensure accuracy of GIS deliverables.
