GIS Trainer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable GIS Trainer to deliver practical, instructor-led training in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with GIS concepts and software and be able to explain technical topics clearly through practical exercises and real-world examples. Key Responsibilities Deliver offline, classroom-based GIS training. Develop and deliver structured training sessions based on the learner's requirements. Provide practical, hands-on exercises and demonstrations. Teach GIS concepts, tools, workflows, and real-world applications. Guide learners through GIS projects, assignments, and practical tasks. Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Ensure an engaging and interactive learning experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong practical knowledge of GIS and related concepts. Proficiency in ArcGIS and/or QGIS. Practical experience in spatial analysis, mapping, data management, and GIS workflows. Previous experience as a GIS trainer, instructor, consultant, or GIS professional is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to conduct in-person training in Dubai. Relevant academic or professional qualification in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Work Location: In person
