GIS/CAD Technician

Job Description: Parsons Corporation is seeking a GIS/CAD Technician to bridge GIS and CAD capabilities for large infrastructure projects in the Tabuk region. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate and convert engineering design data between CAD and GIS formats. - Create thematic maps, exhibits, and visualizations for engineering teams. - Maintain GIS databases, perform QA/QC checks, and ensure spatial data integrity. - Provide CAD drafting support and generate technical drawings for design projects. - Conduct spatial analyses (e.g., queries, buffers) to support engineering decisions. - Collaborate with GIS analysts and design engineers to meet project objectives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, or a related engineering discipline. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience integrating GIS and CAD for infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. - Solid understanding of coordinate systems, map projections, and geodetic datums. - Familiarity with FME or Python scripting for data automation is a plus.
