HIMP Unit Lead (PMIS/RAMS/BIM/GIS)

#### **Description** #### Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HIMP (Highway Information Management Platform) Unit Lead to oversee the implementation, operation, and management of the HIMP platform for large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will lead platform operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensure data integrity, and drive digital transformation initiatives using PMIS, BIM, GIS, and RAMS technologies. #### Key Responsibilities *Lead the overall operations and administration of the HIMP platform.* Manage project information using PMIS, BIM, GIS, and RAMS systems. *Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.* Ensure timely collection, validation, and reporting of project data. *Monitor platform performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure system availability.* Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and project progress reports for management. *Lead and mentor the platform operations team.* Ensure compliance with project standards, data governance policies, and quality procedures. *Collaborate with technical teams for system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through digital solutions. #### Required Qualifications *B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.* MCA or MBA from an AICTE/NAAC-recognized institution or a reputed Indian or global university. #### Preferred Skills *Experience with Smart City, Highway, Metro, Railway, or other public infrastructure projects.* Familiarity with digital engineering and asset management platforms. *Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.* #### **Requirements** #### Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure sector projects. *Hands-on experience in PMIS, RAMS, BIM, and GIS platform operations.* Experience managing enterprise applications or digital infrastructure platforms. *Prior experience leading platform operations teams is highly preferred.* #### Required Skills Strong knowledge of PMIS, BIM, GIS, and RAMS. *Understanding of infrastructure project lifecycle and digital project management.* Leadership and stakeholder management skills. *Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.* Strong communication and presentation skills. * Experience with project reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
