Hybrid- GIS Technician I

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a GIS Technician I with our large power and utilities client in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension. This is a hybrid position - 3 days a week in office. Pay: $21.00 - $22.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Description: This position will be responsible for completing tasks including reviewing as-built drawings from various sources, entering GIS data into Smallworld, and performing QAQC in Smallworld. Minimum 2 years GIS experience required. Strong background and demonstrated experience in ESRI products preferred. Experience in Smallworld preferred. Utility experience preferred.
