Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Position: Junior GIS Engineer Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year) Number of Vacancies: Multiple Positions Educational Qualification Any Diploma in Engineering (All Branches) Any Graduate (BA, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., BCA, BBA or equivalent) Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior GIS knowledge or experience is not mandatory. Job Responsibilities Work on GIS Mapping, Digitization and Geospatial Data Processing projects. Perform feature extraction and mapping using satellite imagery and aerial photographs. Create and update GIS datasets, including roads, buildings, land use and other geographic features. Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy. Work with GIS software such as ArcGIS and QGIS. Complete assigned project tasks within defined quality standards and timelines. Required Skills Basic computer knowledge and proficiency. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn GIS software and geospatial technologies. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team. Good communication skills. GIS training will be provided to selected candidates.
