About the Role

Job Description We are looking for a Civil Engineer with verifiable experience in Land Surveying and Civil 3D, with a great English level to join our team. This position is for a remote Civil Engineer with experience in Drainage/Sewer Systems or related field with experience in Civil 3D and the ability to interpret topographic and boundary surveys for project planning and design. Advanced Spoken English is Mandatory. Job Requirements Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design and oversee civil engineering projects related to land development, public works, site infrastructure, and utility design. tilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and other design software to create detailed engineering plans, models, and construction documents. Prepare grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide technical guidance and recommendations on design feasibility and cost-effective solutions. Performs design for site grading (earthwork), access road, stormwater design, hydraulic and hydrology calculations, detention ponds, erosion and sedimentation control, infrastructure design, parking lots, etc. Drafting various types of survey plans. Create As-Built & Foundation Surveys: Draft final as-built surveys and foundation location surveys to verify construction matches proposed plans and complies with local zoning requirements. Draft Road Inventory Surveys: Prepare detailed drawings for road surveys, including topographic features, right-of-ways, and utility locations. Write & Map Legal Descriptions: Draft precise legal descriptions and prepare the accompanying exhibit maps for property transfers and easements. Map Wetlands: Process field data to draft wetlands descriptions and delineation maps for environmental compliance and permitting. Quality Control: Review all drawings and survey drafts for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company and state standards before final sign-off. Desirable Knowledge & Skills Advanced Spoken English (Mandatory). Advanced reading and understanding of specialized survey drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and other civil engineering design software. Preparation of preconstruction surfaces, models, and models made in Civil 3D/AutoCAD. BIM modeling experience is a plus. Knowledge in Grading Plans (MUST) Knowledge in Drainage Plans and calculations (MUST) Knowledge in Storm Utility plans and calculations (MUST) Knowledge in Utility plans and calculations for Water. (Knowledge in drawings is a MUST) Knowledge in Utility plans and calculations for Sewer. (Knowledge in drawings is a MUST) Strong understanding of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and permitting processes. Ability to interpret topographic and boundary surveys for project planning and design. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Softwares Civil 3D HydroCAD (PLUS) Storm and Sanitary analysis AutoCAD HEC-RAS / HMS Microsoft Office
