Land Surveyor

Land Surveyor Key Responsibilities Conduct field surveys to establish property boundaries, topographical features, and construction layouts. Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, drones, and digital levels. Collect, process, and analyze survey data using CAD and GIS software. Prepare accurate survey drawings, maps, and legal boundary descriptions. Verify survey data accuracy, including measurements and calculations. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure designs align with survey data. Maintain and update survey records and documentation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations and standards. Manage survey crews and delegate tasks when required. Conduct site visits and provide technical advice to project teams and clients. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Land Surveyor, Licensed Surveyor) preferred or required depending on jurisdiction. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of field and office surveying experience (varies by role level). Experience with GPS/GNSS technology, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and survey software (e.g., Trimble Business Center, Leica Geo Office). Skills: Strong understanding of surveying principles, geodesy, and mapping. Proficiency in CAD and GIS applications. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and in team environments. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Working Conditions Primarily field-based work with occasional office duties. Exposure to varying weather conditions and terrain. May require travel to different project sites. Range Salary (7,000 - 8,000 AED)
