Land Surveyor

Conduct land and topographical surveys using total station, GPS, auto-level, and other instruments. Establish and maintain survey benchmarks, gridlines, and reference points at the site. Verify and set out construction works in accordance with design drawings and project specifications. Prepare, maintain, and update survey records, site drawings, and related documentation. Ensure accuracy of measurements for excavation, foundations, structural elements, and finishing works. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site supervisors to resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions. Monitor levels, alignments, and dimensions during construction to maintain quality and compliance. Perform quantity surveying checks to support billing and subcontractor measurements. Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and protected handling of survey instruments. Adhere to safety standards and company policies while working on-site. Education & Experience: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in [buildings/infrastructure/roads, based on your requirement]). Knowledge of local codes, standards, and project requirements.
