Key Responsibilities • Site Evaluation: Conducting field surveys (topographic and boundary) to prepare land for development. • Construction Staking: Setting stakes to guide excavation and construction teams on building locations, heights, and layout. • Measurement Verification: Using precision instruments like Total Stations, GNSS, and GPS to verify site elevations and foundation levels. • Data Analysis and Mapping: Interpreting blueprints and using CAD/GIS software to create accurate site maps and 3D models. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all land measurements and structures comply with local and federal regulations. • Team Collaboration: Coordinating with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve discrepancies in site plans.
