Job Functions and Responsibilities
Obtain and collect preliminary field information required to carry out topographic surveys of existing and identified parcels within the cadastral strip.
Update collected information as needed for topographic surveys of existing and newly identified parcels, as well as for additional inputs requested by the Concessionaire’s Technical Real Estate Coordination Unit.
Validate, from a cadastral perspective, the existence, coordinates, and boundaries of identified real estate assets—both those shown on the cadastral strip and those identified later during the concessionaire’s real estate management activities.
Conduct topographic surveys of the concession project following the real estate planimetric survey methodology using GNSS equipment, as established by the National Land Agency (ANT) in its document: “Instructive for Performing Real Estate Planimetric Surveys by Direct Methods, Version 4, dated 10/03/2022,” or any subsequent updated version.
Survey topography of parcel boundaries, areas, buildings, required areas, intervention implementation areas, and surplus or residual areas, in accordance with ANT technical standards and requirements.
Prepare the topographic registry for the cadastral strip in line with guidelines issued by the National Land Agency (ANT), the competent authority in this matter.
Compile survey documentation packages required by the ANT, including descriptions, diagrams, field sheets, raw field data, photographic records, GNSS processing, optical processing, reports, and additional information, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Prepare various maps and plans based on topographic surveys; calculate volumes, areas, and lengths of parcels and proposed constructions, when required.
Certify measurements before competent authorities, ensuring that all deliverables (e.g., maps, plans) are correctly scaled and georeferenced.
Coordinate and supervise all field activities carried out by topographic teams—both directly hired and subcontracted—to ensure data quality and integrity of deliverables under your responsibility.
Monitor and ensure achievement of daily productivity targets (topographic surveys per parcel) set by the Real Estate Department to meet project objectives.
