Job Description: The Lead GIS Specialist manages GIS workflows for environmental permitting, routing studies, and energy infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead project GIS teams, design spatial databases, and oversee cartographic map production. Perform complex spatial analysis, viewshed analysis, constraints mapping, and environmental impact modeling. Develop automated GIS tools using Python, ArcPy, and ArcGIS Online dashboards. Coordinate with clients, project managers, and regulatory agencies on spatial data deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Environmental Science, Geography, or related field.
