Logistics Digital Integration Specialist

Job Description: Bechtel is seeking a Logistics Digital Integration specialist to develop and implement geospatial-centric solutions for construction logistics planning. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement geospatial solutions for construction logistics planning and sequencing. - Create 4D visualizations using GIS and BIM to animate haul routes and material handling. - Manage parcel management and land allocation using GIS. - Ensure GIS interoperability with BIM/CAD tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD. - Develop process maps and execution plans to support cross-functional process improvements. - Support field geodata collection using Survey123, drones, and LiDAR for progress tracking. - Integrate multiple data sources through the GIS portal for reporting, dashboarding, and trending. - Document workflows, develop user guides, and provide training for GIS solutions. - Create and maintain logistics plans/models in GIS and AutoCAD format and issue drawings as required. - Use GIS tools to simulate movement of people and materials, visualize traffic flows and land usage, and manage temporary land ownership during construction. - Incorporate 3D models, site images, drone data, and field inputs into logistics models and propose innovations to improve implementations. Requirements: - Master's degree in Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Over 10 years of GIS experience. - Experience integrating GIS tools with engineering automation tools such as Revit, Infraworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, PowerApps, and other Autodesk/Bentley solutions. - Proficiency with ArcGIS suite, GlobalMapper, FME, GeoEvent, Geographic Calculator, MicroStation, and AutoCAD. - Experience deploying web-based GIS and creating dashboards. - Ability to customize and automate GIS tasks using scripting/programming. - System administration skills for GIS and related software and ability to train users. - Understanding of BIM/CAD/GIS technologies and toolsets. - Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
