Low Code GIS Engineer (Consultant/ Sr. Consultant) SINGAPOREANS/PRs ONLY (S$8,500.00) Period of Engagement 12 Months (Extendable) Start Aug / Sep 2026 LOCATION Singapore Working Hours Regular shift ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer specialising in ESRI GIS technologies to join our agile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining spatial data solutions using ESRI products and FME, while providing technical leadership in geospatial services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and customisation of GIS applications using ESRI's Arc GIS Enterprise platform Design and implement FME workflows for spatial data transformation and integration Develop and maintain REST APIs for geospatial services and clash analysis using ESRI's Arc GIS Enterprise platform Optimise spatial queries and improve performance of GIS services Provide technical leadership in geospatial architecture decisions Required Skills and Experience: 8+ years of experience in GIS development and spatial data analysis Strong expertise in ESRI Arc GIS Enterprise suite, including Arc GIS Server Arc GIS Portal Arc GIS Enterprise SDK Arc GIS Pro Extensive experience with FME Desktop and FME Server Proficiency in developing and consuming REST APIs for spatial services Strong understanding of spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, Post GIS) Basic experience with Python scripting for GIS automation Knowledge of web mapping technologies and standards (OGC) Experience working in agile development environments Technical Skills: ESRI Products: Arc GIS Enterprise, Arc GIS Pro, Arc GIS API for Java Script FME: Desktop and Server workflows Programming: Python, Java Script Relational and Spatial Databases: Oracle Spatial or Post GIS and Oracle or My SQL or MSSQL Server Web Services: REST APIs, SOAP Version Control: Git Lab or equivalent Spatial Analysis Tools & Data Transformation Tools Good to Have: Experience with Singapore Government GIS projects Knowledge of Singapore Government Technology Stack (SGTS) Experience with One Map APIs Understanding of government security policies for spatial data Exposure to cloud-based GIS solutions Experience with spatial big data processing ESRI Technical Certifications Experience with 3 D GIS applications Project Experience : Implementation of enterprise-level GIS solutions Development of spatial analysis tools and services Creation of automated spatial ETL workflows Integration of multiple spatial data sources Additional Responsibilities: Conduct code reviews and ensure quality of GIS implementations Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation Troubleshoot complex spatial data issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams Provide technical consultation on GIS matters Support capacity building in GIS development If you are passionate about GIS development and want to contribute to innovative spatial solutions for government services, we would love to hear from you. #### Other Benefits (if applicable) Insurance Interested applicants, please email detailed to- SERVICE CONNECTIONS HR CONSULTANCY PTE LTD Email resume to- [HIDDEN TEXT]/ [HIDDEN TEXT] Call for more details please call at 6333 0052 Mondays to Fridays 9.00am- 5.00pm 111 North Bridge Road #07-30 Peninsula Plaza Singapore 179098 License no: 09 C4937 / R11022931
