About the Role
Location: Noida (on-site, 6 days a week) · Experience: 8+ years · Team: 120+ cartographers, 6–8 TLs/Senior TLs The Roles:
SiteRecon is hiring an Operations Manager to run our property-mapping production: 120+ cartographers and 6–8 Team Leads and Senior TLs, delivering to customers across the US and Canada.
You will sit between the business (Customer Success, Sales and the CEO) and a large delivery floor. You'll understand each project's requirements, align with Customer Success, Sales and the CEO on upcoming volume and priorities, convert it into manpower and shift plans, and make sure every project ships on time and at quality.
This role is a strong fit if you have led production at a GIS, mapping, geospatial or AI data-annotation company, and you are used to owning both the client-facing plan and the floor that delivers it.
About SiteRecon

What you'll do:
Align with Customer Success, Sales and the CEO on project requirements, customer priorities, new deals in the pipeline and delivery timelines, and own the delivery plan for each.
Forecast mapping volume for the next month and quarter using inputs from CSMs, the Sales pipeline and the CEO's growth plans, and turn it into a manpower plan: hiring batches, training ramp-up, shift allocation and overtime.
Lead 6–8 Team Leads and Senior TLs, set their targets, and review their performance every week.
Own delivery SLAs, turnaround time, productivity and mapping quality across shifts. When an SLA slips, find the root cause and fix it.
Build and run daily, weekly and monthly reports on productivity, TAT, quality, rework, backlog and capacity, and use them to give feedback to TLs and the floor.
Work with QA to cut rework and raise first-time-right output.
Raise workflow bottlenecks with Product and Engineering, and help roll out tool and process changes on the floor.
Develop strong TLs into a second line of leadership as the team grows.
You must have:
8+ years in operations, with at least 3 years managing 100+ people through Team Leads or Assistant Managers.
Experience in project-based production work such as GIS or mapping, data annotation, image or document processing, or engineering KPO. Voice or call-centre-only backgrounds are not a fit for this role.
A track record of converting client or account-team forecasts into headcount and capacity plans.
Regular direct work with clients or account managers on requirements, timelines and escalations.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. You build your own MIS and dashboards, not just read them.
Good to Have:
Experience with US or Canadian clients across time zones.
Experience at a startup, SaaS or product company, or scaling an operation from an early stage.
Hands-on familiarity with GIS tools or aerial imagery.
What we Offer:
Full ownership of a core business function, working directly with the founders.
A fast-growing AI-driven company where you will shape how operations scale.
Location & Schedule:
Noida, on-site, 6 days a week. The floor runs on tight daily SLAs for North American customers, so this role leads from the floor.
