GIS Applications Hands-on work with ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x and QGIS 3.22.x; GIS data structures and functionalities; GIS interface challenges; ArcGIS extensions: Spatial Analyst and 3D Analyst (with real-world case studies). Databases SQL, PostgreSQL (PostGIS), and GIS & AI integration. Geospatial Data Data curation, import, and enhancement; AAA data and Open Data; geospatial data law; quality management. WebGIS ArcGIS Online. Mobile Data Collection (ArcGIS / QGIS) ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123, and QuickCapture. Programming (ArcGIS / QGIS) General Python programming and ArcPy; automation using ArcGIS ModelBuilder. Drone Technology Fundamentals of drone flight operations and drone image analysis. Soft Skills & Communication Team training, communication and presentation skills, job application coaching, and moderation techniques. Target Audience Unemployed or job-seeking individuals with a completed bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Geography, Geosciences, Biology, Archaeology, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Spatial/Regional/Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Ecology & Planning, Environmental Sciences, or related fields. Also suitable for individuals with vocational training (e.g., as a Geomatics Engineer, Surveyor, or Technical Draftsperson) and relevant professional experience.
