Your Mission
As a GIS and Geospatial Data Management Consultant (all genders), you will support our clients in the digital transformation of large-scale infrastructure and capital projects. Your focus will be on designing and evolving GIS solutions, migrating and harmonizing geospatial data, and integrating diverse systems and data sources.
What You’ll Do

- Design and develop GIS-based solutions, web applications, dashboards, and reporting tools using Esri technologies.
- Analyze existing GIS processes and enhance them with a focus on scalability, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Transform Complex Geospatial Data Landscapes
- Lead GIS transformation and migration projects—for example, from QGIS to Esri environments.
- Manage data cleaning, quality assurance, and harmonization, working with complex geospatial data models, metadata, and large datasets.
Connect Data, Systems, and Processes
- Design integration between GIS and other project or enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability across data sources.
- Use tools like FME, SQL, and Python to automate workflows, support data migrations, and streamline repetitive tasks.

Proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and QGIS, along with hands-on experience in GIS data migration, cleaning, quality control, harmonization, data modeling, and metadata management.
Practical experience with FME, SQL, and/or Python, GIS web application/dashboard/reporting development, system integration, and handling large geospatial datasets.
Strong German and English language skills, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
