Program Manager (GIS)

Job Title: Program Manager (GIS) Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid) Type: Contract Job description Core Skills Required: Project leadership and delivery governance Project schedule management MS Project Jira Azure DevOps TM contract governance Risk identification, change management, and issue escalation Stakeholder communication and executive reporting Cutover and hypercare planning AMS transition planning and post-project handover planning Multivendor coordination: Esri, Oracle, VertiGIS ArcFM PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification Good to Have Responsibilities Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for governance status reporting and change approvals across all project phases Own and protect the master project schedule, managing critical path dependencies across all phases Oracle OCI provisioning and integration partner timelines Govern TM contract financials including milestone billing and change order documentation Chair weekly steering meetings with clients, GIS IT and business stakeholders Prepare written status reports and escalate blockers as needed Make or facilitate go/no-go decisions at major milestones UAT sign-off, cutover readiness, hypercare entry and exit Coordinate resource allocation across all team members and manage bandwidth risk across parallel workstreams Manage transition from project delivery to the AMS support team including knowledge transfer signoff Skills Mandatory Skills: Benefits Management, Project Planning, Pursuit/ Proposal Management, Risk/Crisis Management, Stakeholder Management We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
