The company stands out for the excellence of its services and the reliability of its data, delivering strategic advantages to clients. Tecgeo also maintains technical partnerships with private companies and universities to foster technological innovation.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Lead territorial cadastre projects for municipalities and public agencies—including real estate re-cadastre, Multi-Purpose Territorial Cadastre (CTM), cartographic base updates, General Value Map (PGV), and integration with tax systems. Support master plan development, drone/LiDAR mapping, and GIS system implementation. Track team KPIs (field and office), such as productivity, rework, and pending items—identifying risks and delays early and proposing corrective actions.
Manage contractual documentation: Service Orders, measurements, ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations), amendments, and acceptance terms.
Serve as the primary liaison with municipal departments (Treasury, Planning, Urbanism).
Schedule and lead meetings, draft minutes, and follow up on action items.
Prepare and deliver technical reports and project deliverables to clients.
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to draft meeting minutes, reports, emails, terms of reference, and meeting summaries.
Apply generative AI to spreadsheet analysis, cadastral data validation, and indicator generation.
Propose and help build automations for repetitive tasks (e.g., measurement reports, weekly status updates, quality checklists).

Knowledge and experience in project management (scheduling, scope, risks, KPIs, client relations).
Familiarity with QGIS or other GIS tools (via coursework or practice).
Hands-on experience using generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) professionally or academically—able to write effective prompts and critically review AI outputs.
