About the Role
What You Do
Are you someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex tasks, easily connects with diverse stakeholders, and ensures projects move forward effectively? As a Project Leader Geodata, you serve as the connecting link between clients and technical specialists. You ensure a clear approach, monitor progress, and maintain focus on both quality and collaboration.
Within the field of geospatial information, you work on projects where geographic data is collected, managed, and applied to generate deeper insights. You understand the technical content of the work and know how to translate client questions into concrete agreements and activities.
Your responsibilities include:
Preparing, organizing, and guiding geodata projects.
Discussing client questions and translating them into clear project objectives.
Coordinating tasks and aligning with GIS specialists and other colleagues.
Monitoring timelines, quality, progress, and agreed-upon deliverables.
Maintaining contact with clients and ensuring clear, transparent communication.
Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensuring coherence across different project components.
Fostering effective collaboration among all involved parties.
You don’t need to be the technical expert on every aspect—your strength lies in bringing people and content together. Moreover, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your role based on your experience, interests, and ambitions.
