Project Management Office (PMO) / Senior Project Manager – GIS-Qatar Job Summary We are seeking an experienced PMO / Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise in Enterprise GIS, ESRI technologies, and large-scale GIS implementation projects. The successful candidate will lead project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise GIS projects. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate GIS teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Conduct project status meetings and executive presentations. Ensure project governance, quality, and timely delivery. Manage client communications and stakeholder expectations. Oversee GIS data migration, conversion, and enterprise GIS implementation. Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports. Support change management and PMO best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, GIS, Geomatics, Information Technology, or related discipline. PMP Certification (Mandatory). Agile Certification (Preferred). Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience. Required Experience Experience managing Enterprise GIS implementation projects. Prior client-facing Project Management experience. Experience with Middle East clients is highly preferred. Public Works, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Government project experience is preferred.
