Project Manager / Project Officer (GIS & Digital Transformation) Location: Stars Avenue, Singapore Contract Duration: 24-Month Contract Salary: Up to SGD 7,000/month Are you passionate about technology, digital transformation, and delivering impactful projects? Join a dynamic team driving cutting-edge Geospatial Digital Twin, Enterprise GIS, and Smart City initiatives that support large-scale digital innovation across Singapore. What You'll Be Doing Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Geospatial Digital Twin, Enterprise GIS, and digital transformation projects. Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate with users, vendors, partner agencies, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Support the development, enhancement, maintenance, and operations of enterprise GIS platforms and applications. Coordinate the acquisition, creation, and lifecycle management of 2D and 3D geospatial data. Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, technical records, and presentation materials. Organise meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, and follow up on action items. Provide project governance, administrative, and PMO support across multiple workstreams. Ensure project activities comply with organisational standards, policies, and operational requirements. What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Geospatial Science, Built Environment, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, GIS, Digital Twin, Smart City, information systems, or technology projects. Experience supporting enterprise applications, digital transformation, or technology implementation projects. Strong organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across cross-functional teams. Experience preparing project reports, documentation, meeting minutes, and presentations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Highly Advantageous Experience with ArcGIS Pro , ArcGIS Enterprise , GIS platforms, or geospatial technologies. Knowledge of Digital Twin, Smart City solutions, BIM, 3D modelling, Reality Capture, point cloud processing, or game engines. Familiarity with Python, geospatial data management, or enterprise data platforms. Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum . Experience managing GIS-related projects or coordinating technical implementation teams. Why Join?
