We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in GIS projects, strong understanding of GIS concepts and principles, and proficiency in GIS tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or MapInfo. Additional requirements include knowledge of SQL and spatial queries, as well as project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile). Key Responsibilities: Full planning and management of IT projects - Project estimation and scoping - Budget control - Scope management in coordination with development teams - Coordination with internal teams and service providers - Risk identification and mitigation Client relationship management Ensuring SLA compliance and quality of deliverables developed by technical teams Designing and implementing technological solutions tied to projects, actively controlling execution for successful delivery Requirements: Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field; postgraduate studies or certifications in project management are highly valued. Technical knowledge in GIS projects, including understanding of GIS concepts and principles. Proficiency in GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo). Knowledge of SQL and spatial queries. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
