About the Department The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: distinctive strengths combining deep domain expertise in Technology, Operations, Risk, Control and Transformation functions to support the Bank’s strategic directional shifts, core values and customer expectations. Job Responsibilities Responsible for establishing, maintaining and maintaining GIS/IAM governance framework, standards, guidelines, baseline controls and SOP. This includes establishing security governance, baseline and metrics reporting. Responsible for reviewing non-conformances, vulnerabilities, risks, risk posture, risk treatment plan, audit findings and exceptions across GIS/IAM services to ensure appropriate risk management and remediation actions are taken. Support external audit and regulatory requests. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve compliance issues. Responsible for performing review of security policies, standards, guidelines, SOP and baseline controls periodically to ensure alignment with security requirements. Develop and report key operational metrics to showcase health and performance of the GIS/IAM services. Drive key transformation or changes required to uplift the security posture and operational efficiency. Job Requirements Minimum 8-10 years of IT security experience, with strong track record in Security Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC). Preferably with experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) space. Demonstrated ability to establish security framework, policies, guidelines and standards. Good understanding of security concepts, principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience in managing risk, compliance, exception management and audits. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a track record of driving process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
