Senior AEC GIS Account Executive

Company: Esri Nederland Title: Senior AEC GIS Account Executive Esri Nederland is looking for an Account Executive focused on the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector who will connect societal challenges—such as the energy transition and safety—with GIS-based solutions, while building lasting relationships with leading organizations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for AEC clients, managing and growing key accounts. Coordinate between internal teams (sales, professional services, product) and external stakeholders to ensure client success and satisfaction. Translate client business needs and challenges into tailored Esri GIS solutions and measurable business outcomes. Stay informed about market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments in the AEC industry. Collaborate closely with the sales and professional services teams to drive client adoption, value realization, and business growth. Regularly report on account performance, pipeline progress, and strategic initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the AEC, infrastructure, or geospatial/GIS sectors. Strong understanding of GIS technology and its applications in AEC projects (e.g., BIM, digital twins, infrastructure planning). Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work autonomously, manage complex accounts, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Dutch and international AEC market dynamics and key players is highly desirable.
